1) We (Club) understand that the footage collected is the Intellectual Property of the Premier Invitational (PI) and we agree to share this with other Clubs.

2) We will ensure our camera is secured to the ground as per manufacturer’s guidelines.  If the camera is not secure with pegs the camera will not be allowed to be set up.  

3) We understand that spectator and player safety and welfare is of the utmost importance and we (Club/Responsible person) are responsible for any injury or damage to the camera.  

4) We agree to provide a live streaming link if the device has capability.  We will provide a live link to the Premier Invitational media team. 

5) We agree to share captured content with the Premier Invitational and import footage within 48 hours of requested game/s.  This may be shared on Premier Invitational website and/or social media channels. 

5) If we are asked to move the Camera by Premier invitational staff we will comply with instructions. 

6) We agree to save and tag games as per the game fixture (Example PI U12 Magic United v Peninsula Power Day 1).

7) Cameras are to be set up as a rule of thumb behind the fence line and on the halfway line of the field.
